Pre-Primary Ballet
Pre-Primary Ballet is the perfect way to introduce children to the amazing world of dance.
We teach all the basic technique required in a fun & exciting way, enhancing the children’s technique, rhythm, posture & musicality. This prepares the children for a smooth transition into the ISTD Ballet grades.
Pre-Primary Ballet is also perfect for helping to develop imagination using creative role-play. A beautiful dance class for little ones aged 3-5 years.
Ballet
Ballet is the basic foundation that provides the technique required to flourish in all dance forms. Ballet focuses on alignment, strength, improved balance, flexibility, musicality & confidence. Our ballet classes also promote the development of focus, discipline and dedication, in a fun and nurturing environment.
Children begin in Primary ballet between the ages of 5-6 years. We provide classes in all grades through to the advanced major grades.
At Dance Act we follow the ISTD Imperial Classical Ballet Syllabus.
We offer many pupils the opportunity to take examinations if they wish to do so, once they have accomplished the syllabus requirements in
both knowledge and technique.
